Shipping:
- orders are shipped Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-36 hours of being placed, unless otherwise noted
- We use USPS for all shipments
- If "Free Shipping" is selected at checkout, the shipping method will be determined by the size and weight of your package
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery:
- In-Store Pickup:
Your order will typically be ready within 1-2 hours (unless placed outside of business hours). You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.
- Local Delivery:
We aim to deliver orders the same day, but in some cases, delivery may take longer. You will receive an email when your order is ready for delivery, and a text notification when it has been delivered to your doorstep. Local delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of the shop. We are unable to deliver to smaller outlying communities.
Damages & Exchanges:
We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally, items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, please follow these steps:
- Take a photo of the damaged item(s).
- Email the photo and your order number to [email protected].
- We will reach out as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or next steps.
Please note: Items that have been damaged after delivery will not be considered for replacement or exchange.
Order Cancellations:
If you request to cancel an order before it ships, we will issue store credit for future purchases (excluding final sale items).
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
- No exchanges, refunds, cancellations or returns on holiday or sale items, with no exceptions.
Package Refusal:
If you refuse your package and it is returned to us, we will work with you to calculate the return shipping cost for reshipment.
- Please note, you will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
- We do not refund orders for refused packages.
