Damages & Exchanges:

We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally, items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item(s).
  2. Email the photo and your order number to [email protected].
  3. We will reach out as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or next steps.

Please note: Items that have been damaged after delivery will not be considered for replacement or exchange.

Order Cancellations:
If you request to cancel an order before it ships, we will issue store credit for future purchases (excluding final sale items).

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for store credit within 7 days of purchase.

 

Package Refusal:

If you refuse your package and it is returned to us, we will work with you to calculate the return shipping cost for reshipment.
